PARKING: On this mountainside property you may walk up or down over 500 ft to reach your room or parking.
CREDIT POLICY : Your credit card has been given to us to hold a reservation. Credit cards are only charged upon no-show, or cancellation within five days of arrival. You can offer another form of payment upon arrival, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, US dollars travelers checks or cash.
FORCE MAJEURE: In the event of a winter storm or wildfire, we will not allow cancellation of reservations if ONE highway gives access to our hotel. Since most roads or smoke clears during the course of hours or a day. If Yosemite Valley is not accessible at all for more than one day we will allow cancellations or early departures on consecutive days.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
The office is open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. We do not do late arrivals, all arrivals must be here by 11pm
The June Bug Cafe complex closes at 11:00 pm. Private Rooms Check-in 3:00 pm Check-out 11:00 am
Dorms and Tent Cabins Check-in 3:00 pm and Check-out 10:00 am
PET POLICY : We do not allow pets.
ROLLAWAY BEDS & CHILDREN'S ITEMS : Are not available in acessible rooms. Call in advance of a pak n play or crib and if they will fit.
MULTIPLE ROOMS: When booking on the websites it is not guaranteed that your rooms will be near one another. If you wish to have rooms close, you must call and speak to the front desk directly. We do not have connecting rooms, only adjoining rooms.
GROUP POLICY : We consider groups of 12- 19 people to be reservable with a credit card with a two week cancellation or confirmation. For larger groups of 20 or more, we require that you are on a meal plan and contact our group sales persons. We will also need an advance guest list, pre payment by 6 weeks and 2 weeks prior to arrival, and have a 2 month cancellation policy. All groups must book with groups coordinator, and are booked only under a full package of food and beverage with rooms. See group page for more details and contact information.
